"E.J. was fantastic in negotiating the not-so-hospitable space we had to work in and kept the teens
thoroughly engaged in preparing the menu they selected.
E.J. 's thoughtfulness and attention to detail was superb. He went all out with a tablecloth that
matched the menu's cultural theme."
