I have been teaching "hands-on"cooking classes throughout
the San Francisco United School District for the past 10 years.
Children use diverse recipes and enjoy the "fruits" of their labor.
Culturally diverse menus using all fresh ingredients and everything made from scratch.
The cooking is all hands on for the children.
I provide everything that is needed including paper plates, forks, cups, napkins,and a beverage for the meal.
