I have been teaching "hands-on"cooking classes throughout
the San Francisco United School District for the past 12 years.
Children use diverse recipes and enjoy the "fruits" of their labor.
Culturally diverse menus using all fresh ingredients and
everything made from scratch !
The class takes about 2 hours, depending on how fast the children work.
